TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INNOVATIVE WAYS TO REUSE POLLINATION BAGS COMPETITION

The competition is being run by PBS International Limited (PBS) and is open to anyone enrolled as a student at a university, anywhere in the world, as at the closing date.

To enter this competition all applications must be completed online by midnight 31/05/2013 which is the closing date. Only one entry is permitted per person. All entries must be in English and require internet access and the permission of any employer.

Entries should be submitted to competition@pbsinternational.co.uk and must include the fully completed entry form.

All information detailing how to enter the competition form part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.

No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost due to any technical failure or otherwise. Proof of submitting an on-line entry is not proof of receipt by PBS. Fraudulent or illegible entries will not be considered. PBS reserves the right to disqualify any entry.

The winning entry will be chosen by PBS and the decision of PBS is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. No entries shall be returned.

The prize for the winning entry is £2,000 cash. There will also be two runner up prizes of an iPad or if either of the runner up entrants are a group of individuals, £500 cash. The prizes are subject to availability.

The winner will be required to take part in publicity and agrees to co-operate and comply with all reasonable requests of PBS, its agents and employees in connection with the competition and its broadcast.

The prize will be paid into the winners account and runners up prizes will be delivered to their address within 28 days of validation by PBS of the winning entry. Any inaccuracy in the name and address details provided by the winner could delay or prevent delivery and PBS shall not be liable for such delay or non-delivery. (Cash can be converted into local currency).

PBS is responsible for the first part of the competition which is the publication and adjudication of the prize. The warranty of the prize if the responsibility of the manufacturer. The prize must be claimed within 8 weeks of the closing date. If it is not claimed, it will not be offered to alternative entry. (Winning entrants will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date)

Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of PBS and accordingly, PBS may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to PBS as a result of such variation or amendment.

All entrants hereby agree to assign to PBS in full and with full title guarantee all rights in any entry and to any intellectual property created or arising from any entry anywhere in the world. All entrants confirm that PBS shall have all rights of development, promotion, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, exploitation and dealing in relation to any entry anywhere in the world.

All entrants confirm that their entry is their own and does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights anywhere in the world.

All entrants shall keep confidential any and all information supplied by PBS in relation to the competition. No entrant shall publicise their involvement with the prior written permission of PBS.

English Law applies and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts shall apply.
